Generic Names
Common Turkish first names and surnames. When a screening match is a bare name match
(no TCKN, no DOB) in the adverse_media, PEP or offshore categories and the customer's
first name AND surname are both on this list, the match is treated as a coincidental
false-positive and cleared automatically. Sanctions and wanted matches are never affected.
